Mazda turbo disconnected

Asked by Balakaymusa Jul 12, 2018 at 04:17 AM about the 1998 Mazda MPV

Question type: General

I have a Mazda mpv 1998 model with a
problem of turbo system and I ask my
mechanic to disconnect the turbo, only
realize that after two days it was pumping
oil into the exhaust with white smoke. Am
confused when the mechanic check again
and said the one of the rings breaks.
Could this be the result of stopping the
turbo

I have a 1998 Mazda mpv and I wanted to know if I could drive it to Gainesville while it's knocking

Try to use high octane gas to see if knocking goes away. Also be sure you are using the right oil viscosity. Good luck
