My car (04 Mazda MPV) stutters when I stop at a red light. My batery went dead a few days ago and before that I got a couple of confusing messages on the OBDII reader (P0171 and P0174). Suggestions?

BAD IAC or EGR,both can be removed and cleaned with carb cleaner.IAC is mounted on throttle body,2 torux screws.
