Will a 1993 Ford Escort wagon motor (1.9L SEFI) replace my blown motor in my 1998 Mercury Tracer LS wagon?

The basic block is the same but you will have to transfer all of the electronics over and you may have a problem putting some of them on cause one engine is OBD 1 and the other is OBD 2. HTH
