Yep, no carbureted ones after 1985.

i have had a 91 and 95 both of which were EFI which sucks but they get the job done

Actually, before that. 1982 was the last year the Crown Victoria used a carb. 1983-85 was CFI or Throttle Body Injection in GM terms. In 1986 they got SEFI.
