my lincoln mark 8 has door ajar alarm on and beeps constantly door switch??

just bought this beast, got the climate control and air out control etc figured
out, but  leaks power steering fluid and brake fluid, includes ABS light that i
didnt know existed until i pulled offf the tape used to conceal it. ps radio power
button was jammed in to keep it off so that you dont just hear static... need
help in a bad way.

well after looking at both doors a few times, the passenger have no metal fitting for the sensor to push against, but the key light on the passenger door under the handle works... the manual i read said something about the fault would be the door that doesnt light up?
