I have a 2002 ramp van the blower on the air and heat will not turn on any
suggestions

The fuses/relays are located under the hood near your ecm. Should be easy to spot. You could also check the blower fan itself. Be sure the wires have a good connection and test with a voltmeter to be sure its got current to the fan. If it does, then the fan may have burnt out and will need to be replaced.
