Once my car warms up my speedometer,
and digital readout fails and the abs, and e-
brake light comes on

Should start by having the trouble codes read at a auto parts store. Then write down the codes to know what needs to be looked at. Your going to want to get the ABS codes also.

It acts like a relay overheats, is there a relay in the electronics that could be the reason

There could be a bad wire going to the wheel speed sensor, or something with the ABS system. All Is tied in with the speedometer working. I'd have the ABS codes read to see what they say. Write the codes down.
