That's a Master Warning Light. When the master warning system detects a malfunction within the Tacoma, it shows a message in the multi-information display. If you see this exclamation point, read the message at the earliest safe opportunity. You could then go to a car parts store to have codes read, probably free. If you know how to fix cars, proceed from there. If not, see a mechanic to fix this.

If u havent serviced it in the last 5k miles, it's just a warning that it's due for service. Take in for service and see if it will go away when they reset it.
