2017 Kia Sportage car ran completely out of
oil had engine code timing over advanced did
the oil change cleared the codes car starts
and runs good till warms up then it will shut
off.

Running a vehicle completely out of oil can cause engine damage. Have a garage inspect the engine for internal wear.
