Do you hear the pump engaging? Are you getting spark?

No I don't hear anything ,,,and there is spark,?

Someone decider to put sugar in my tank so I dropped the tank and bought a new fuel pump well not new but junk yar....but it worked and the car ran good ,,,,,if the sugar would of messed up my engine it wouldn't even crank right?

Well it would probably crank, but it won't start. The sugar may have clogged up the fuel system. Do you know if you're getting fuel at the rail? Look for a Schrader valve on the fuel rail, and carefully press the valve with a screwdriver. That will tell you if you have fuel. If you don't hear anything, you probably aren't going to have any fuel at the rail. Either the pump is bad or there is an issue with the wiring or a relay. Also check to make sure the wires are connected correctly. You may have somehow reversed the positive and negative terminals on the fuel pump connector. If you get that sorted out, definitely replace the fuel filter too. The sugar probably didn't get past it, but it is clogged up in it.
