How to solve is take to mechanic. Sorry, not being insensitive but an Anti-Lock Brake problem can get complicated. Why?---wheel speed sensor, ABS sensor, ABS pump, Master cylinder, a long list

Or if you want to DIY fix, first get an OBDII scan, It will help point you where to look. For example if you get a DTC of C1209 - ABS Inlet Valve Coil Rear Circuit Short To Ground. But there is so much more The good thing is Lexus was OBDII compliant in 1995
