The link doesn’t work. However car gurus is only a website. They are not the ones who place the ad. Also does the ad state that it is a salvage title? If not is it priced like a salvage title. Sounds like you’re sore that you found a cheap car that was to good to be true

Anyone can advertise any vehicle for sale on Cargurus. Much like Craigslist, Ebay, etc. That includes vehicles with a "jaded" past such as this one. It's up to the buyer to do their homework, which you obviously did, to weed out vehicles you would not like to purchase! It's good that you have the knowledge to do so. There are many other excellent vehicles for sale here that would fit your criteria for owning. Good luck with your shopping!! Jim
