trouble shoot problems and repairs
trans mission fluid pouring out the front of the car some where...wont hold a drop of fluid what hose
trans oil cooler lines into bottom of rad.one slipped off,it needed a fluid change anyway no doubt so nothing lost, unless had ya stranded
these things don't happen by themselves. Someone ran over something that did this, not affixing blame here, but at freeway speeds sometime it's hard to look UNDERneath the car. LIke Jimmuh says, could be a stripped coolant line or severed coolant line, worst case you've blown a main seal, which you'd only tell if the car were running.
Might not be a hose per say. Its probably a steel tubing that broke. With any luck you may be able to repair the tube (if that's what it is) by cutting through bad spot and 're join it with brass furlongs and compression rings from the parts house might have to add a sec tion also from store. May be able to tighten line that goes into radiator with a pair of pliers if it is loose. Main thing don't run it without fluid in it you'll fry the transmission.
really one of us would have to put an eyeball on it, you could take a few snaps with your digital camera, would give us a bit of a clue.
