Bought a car what was advertised on here

I bought a car from Midtown motors 214
DALLOW road Luton beds LU1 1NQ. On the
14 March.  Reg GJ 07 ZVP.  When I got it
home the clutch was totally worn out ... I have
taken it back but he said he couldn’t do a
repayment on my credit card...!   He still as
not put the money back on my card like he
said but now he’s put it back on your
website..,!  Can he do this before returning the
money back to me....?
