spark and fuel pressure, cranks but won't start

88 e350 econoline van. Started up and moved it
forward but later that day it won't start. Has spark
and fuel pressure. Any suggestions appreciated.

Spray some starting fluid down the throttle body. It should run a few seconds on that. If not and you know you have spark, do a compression test. If all cylinders test low or zero it's jumped timing. If it will run on the starting fluid see that you have a trigger signal for the fuel injectors. Test that with a noid light. HTH. -Jim
