Asked by Jun 23, 2016 at 04:27 PM about the 2000 Lexus ES 300

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

replaced fuses to connect OBD device. Once it came on, it indicates Yellow. Was told to drive approx. 100 mi. to reset computer. Have driven 250 miles and still Yellow. Please help!!   I messed up the pictures.
If I cant get the green light on I will start getting tickets for no registration. This will ruin me financially.

If it hasn't reset it by now one can only assume that there is something wrong with the system, I would recommend that you take to a shop that can do live data testing to find out what is not letting it return to normal operational status, could be just a sensor misread, but cause it is reading a change the computer is not showing failure.
