The cruise control on MY IS300 is not working and no lights are on -what does that mean

Best I can find is this, and it's not much help. the supposed professional Lexus specialist that charges $29 says, "yes there is most likely a fuse" End quote http://www.justanswer.com/lexus/2i90p-cruise-control-will-not-on-fuse-2001-lexus-rx300.html

But I found this, I just don't understand how so many components can be on one fuse. No harm in having a look at the fuse. click for full screen
