Front blower does not work

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

In the winter months when temp is -20C or colder, the blower will not work
until the engine compartment gets warm...then the blower will work.

It is gummed up, not that it don't work, but the cold is making either old lubricant or any crap that my have collected making it stiff. Or bushings or bearings are dry. Never the less just replace the blower motor. One other thing is that there is a blower motor resistor that is going bad, and the cold is effecting it.
