Front blower does not work

It is gummed up, not that it don't work, but the cold is making either old lubricant or any crap that my have collected making it stiff. Or bushings or bearings are dry. Never the less just replace the blower motor. One other thing is that there is a blower motor resistor that is going bad, and the cold is effecting it.

Easy inexpensive thing to do first, is replace the resister. When it gets frigid out, it causes the resistor to have much more resistance (the reason your battery is tested for "cold cranking amps". (Same thing applies with your battery). When your cabin starts to warm , and/or the resister itself starts to warm up (it does), that would allow it to pass current to the blower.
