can i use 205/70r15 honda crv tire and steel
rim 2007 to honda lx sedan?

No, the tires from the CRV are too tall for your sedan and will rub. Try finding a used tire shop in your area if cost is an issue and get the proper size for you vehicle. 205/55 16's
