2015 Sienna Radio quits randomly?

I have a 2015 Toyota Sienna.  My radio and blue tooth works fine in the morning.  But when I get into the van in the afternoon/evening after work my radio has no sound and the Bluetooth/phone will not work.  This also happens at random times.  It could be working fine then i stop at a store.  Then i get back in and now there's no sound and it doesn't work.

I have the same issue!! The speakers usually stop after stopping for gas or a quick stop in a store. I have the same year and model.
