Used my 2002 kia spectra to JumpStart a ford gia v8 and now my kia won't start a friend maybe the computer got burnt out is that possible

Check all main fuses. Did they by any chance hook the cables up backwards?

If you are lucky it is just the fuse,but if you happen to have done what dandy said,you may need a new ecm.
