can anyone tell me where i can find a list of compatable vehicles for a replacement transmission, i have a 95 ford ranger, 3.0 engine, 2 wd with hydraulic clutch
If you know the name of the transmission, wikipedia.org will know
go to mypartshop.com... after you enter your information it will give you a list of salvage yards that will have a compatable transmission.. and if you look at the details you will see what vehicle the trans came out of.. but ur rangers, mazda pickups, and bronco II are pretty much the same setup. and most likely only the 3.0 will fit b/c a 3.0 trans wont fit my 97 4.0
DO NOT USE DREAM BEAMS!!! THEY ARE A ROUND I-BEAM. ITS CALLED A I-BEAM FOR A REASON NOT A O-BEAM. THEY ARE GARBAGE DO IT THE RIGHT WAY AND BUY THE LOWERING I-BEAM
A Mazda P.U. Is the same as a Ford Ranger. Same everything just has a diffrent body on it. I used some parts from a Mazda to fix up my truck. Trani is the same in both trucks. GOOD LUCK
