You are talking a new car, get it back to the dealer. Should be done for free.

2015 should still have warranty, however using a code reader is the best way to reset the light. On this rig just unhooking the battery will cause other problems like the alarm activating, total loss of radio useage, loss of all presets, etc. Please read your owners manual, there is a lot of information in there that you might not know.

disconnect battery , step on the brake pedal for 10 seconds , reconnect battery
