Confusion on buying a used Elantra

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

Confused between the following two Elantras:
1) 2014 18500 miles, Limited, $12K
2) 2015 15500 miles, SE with Sunroof, $13.5K

Both have a clean carfax and good service record

Which would be the right one?
