Why wont my 76' Chev Van G10 Hi-Top Camper turn over but the lights do come on? Does it have to do with Ground Wire Connection? Or Solenoid/.Starter lack of power?AnswersbeVERYMUCHAPPRECIATED

Question type: General

I have a '76 Chev Van G10 Hi-Top Camper that wont turn over and I was
told that is most likely the Ground Wire Connection? It was explained that
there is not enough power going to either the Solenoid or Starter or what
have you? the Lights to come on although they are slightly Dim? The Fan
also comes on???

Somebody please submit an answer or even Several DETAILED answers
so that I may put this beauty on the road. Thank You VERY much.

Also, did the '76 ChevyVan G10 come as a Full-On Camper or s this been
Modified? I mean it has Sink, 3 Burners for Cooking, Mini-Fridge and a
Toilet that has been removed...it also has that Manifold or whatever on the
outside to plumb in Im guessing Propane and Water...?
