Why does my car stall when you put it into gears, will start in neutral as soon as you put it into gear, any gear stalls. Some1 said maybe it's the torque converter. after it cools will it unlock?

If you want you can block the front wheels, jack the rear differential up and block it, make sure both rear wheels clear the ground, put the car in neutral, start it and then bring the rpms up just slightly then drop it gear, it might bang fairly hard but the rear wheels should start turning, then apply the brake, it should kill the engine, that will verify a locked up torque converter.
