Fob problem in morning

Asked by GuruNYFVY Oct 16, 2019 at 09:32 AM about the 2015 Chrysler 200

Question type: General

Chrysler 200 C was getting new tires. When service men attempted to start
it the vehicle could not "see" the fob. After about 30 minutes everything
worked fine again. But every morning after that I could not get into my car
by using the fob buttons or the hand sensitive door handle unless I either
touched the fob to the the handle or inserted the key inside the fob into the
lock. (?????)  I can live with this but sure don't want it to get any worse.

I have 2016 Chrysler 200 Limited, and just started experiencing the same issue. The vehicle won’t recognize the key fob when I try to start it in the morning. But It usually take me at least 4 or 5 tries to start the vehicle. I’m not sure if this is a common issue among all Chrysler 200.
