1995 For Explorer Break Problem

What could it mean when your Flooring the Break pedal but the car just keeps on rolling with no Resistance but the Break Pads are not Screaming, haven't made a noise. What could be the problem and how would I go about fixing it???

Could be anything from a failed master cylinder to collapsed brake hoses and or lines. First thing I would try is bleeding the brakes, if they won't bleed then replace the brake master cylinder, and follow the directions or you will have a terrible time getting it to bleed properly. Then while you that close you had better check the brake linings and or pads, if the need replaced now is the time to do it.
