Try narrowing it down to fuel or ignition. Get someone to help you on this. Have one of you attempt to start the Jeep while the other sprays a little starting fluid into the intake. If you get the engine to fire look at fuel problems if not ignition. When doing this don't start spraying the starting fluid into the intake until the engine is turning over and use minimal amount of starting fluid. Repost with results if you want more assistance.

This issue would be addressed with the starting fluid test.
