I have a 1995 Jeep YJ sahara that won't go into 4 low easily, you need at least 2 people to get it in low range.  normal 4wd is fine but the low is very difficult to get in and out.  what can I do to fix it or make it easier

How fast are you going? You're either Going too fast (>3mph) or not moving. It should go in easiest when slowly rolling. Linkage could be worn out or in need of lubrication. Make sure there's lubrication in the T-case itself too.
