I have a 1975 Ford F-150 and need to know the engine size. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks-

There's several choices: 3.9L or 4.9L straight 6 cylinder. 5.0L, 5.9L, 6.4L, 7.5L V8. Look for the emissions decal under the hood if you're still not sure. I believe Ford was putting the decals on the valve cover back in those days. If you find it and it gives the engine size in cubic inches (CID) instead of liters (L) post the cubic inches and we can convert it for you. HTH. -Jim

There should be a number on the engine block between the block and bell housing. Most auto repair shops should tell you what engine number that is.
