Why does my battery keep dying

The alternator is not charging , or you have a short in the car or there is some type of device that is being left on in the car. Go to Auto Zone and have them put a load test on the alternator they will do it for free to see if it is charging the battery.

Have the vehicle tested for a parasitic current draw. Also look to see if a glove box light trunk light or hood light is staying on after the vehicle is shut off. Another issue may be the battery itself, have it tested.

Does anyone know how to get inside a 2013 Lincoln Mkx. My battery is dead and the manual key for reason won't open it as well. So at this point I can't get inside if the car to change or charge battery. HELP!
