I have a 2001 Cherokee with 260,000 miles..should I expect more miles from it?

My 2001 jeep Cherokee has had every scheduled maintenance since I bought it new.  It
has 260,000 miles on it, but may need new transfer case and tires...should I keep making
repairs?
