shudder in front end
jeep Cherokee limited 2004 , when turning it has a shudder in the front end which gets worse the tighter you turn
Have you ever services the differentials and the transfercase? If this is the Quadradrive system regular servicing is a must do or you mess up the clutches inside the units. Ex Jeep Grand Cherokee owner.
My guess would be a bad CV joint that begins to bind as it is turned and applies more stress to the balls inside the joint. As the angle increases, so does the stress on the joint. It could be a bad wheel bearing also. they are sealed units. you can check them by lifting the vehicle and grabbing the wheel at the top and the bottom and trying to move it by rocking it top to bottom. these are just starting points to check.
