I have not purchased a car in 15 years. Things have changed I want to know if the price for used cars is negotiable ? Is there a "no Haggle" salesman ? .
There is no "no haggle" seller that I know. Unlike new vehicles, which have a mfg. MSRP, used vehicles depreciate individually according to many factors (condition, mileage, appearance, location, popularity, demand/availability, options, equipment, warranty and many more). If you like the seller's asking price, buy it. If not, then make an offer. .
Carsense advertises "no haggle' pricing. But they tend to be overpriced! You can absolutely haggle the price. I always do. In fact in 2012 when I bought my '08 Grand Marquis I was at the dealer until after closing to get the price I wanted and close the deal. Some things have changed, but haggling hasn't! Happy shopping!! HTH. -Jim
