Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I got a great offer on a 1984 gm s10 2.8 motor with low kms. Just the motor though
no donor vehicle to go with it. Im wondering if I can put this motor in my 84 bronco 2
with the 2.8 motor in it. Will it bolt up to my transmission,  will yhe wiring harness be
the same or is it gonna be a big job thanks

My advise is to forget it, GM going into a FOMOCO is not going to be easy. It will not just bolt up. It will involve a lot of custom fabrication.

the only thing they share is displacement "2.8l". They are not the same engine, at all
