Which oil do I use in 1999 3.2 Rwd Manual Gearbox

I have a 1999 3.2 Rwd 4 door Ute with 5 speed manual gearbox. The
workshop manual gives 2 x options for gearbox oil for the manual gearbox
Depending on the manual transmission designation. Where can I find the
info? Thanks

For me, I find the Amsoil website helpful. You select your vehicle year, make, model, etc and it will have pages of what types of oils/lubes everything throughout your vehicle uses.
I’m back. Checked the amsoil website and again for my truck gives different oil types depending on gearbox type(all the types are 5 Speed Manual. I just need to find which one is on my truck. I’ve checked the plates under the bonnet. Nothing there?.
