How to fix B10A2 error code for Ford Escape 2013?

I have a 2013 model Ford Escape with 1.6L engine showing an error code of
B10A2. I know little about cars, Please help me find out what is going on and
how to fix it. Thanks in advance for helping me out!

The computer thinks there has be a crash from a sensor input and has recorded date time hours..It needs the crash input reset. Ford dealer or IDS-VCM scan tool is required.
