I have no brake lights or taillights when I turn the lights on fuel gauge goes to
full

Sounds like some wires are crossed. May be that its shorting out on the fuel gauge wire, and there may be fuses blown for the rear light because of it.

Yes, that's a bad power wire that's somehow effecting the gas gauge. I'd start checking back by the gas tank and work your way to the rear of the truck. Something is disconnected in that area. HTH. -Jim
