I had a bike rack on my 2012 focus. Your not supposed to use the wiper . My wife forgot and turned it on. It hit the rack and stopped there. I took the rack off and the wiper doesn't work. Any ideas?

The wiper might have burned out, you will need to remove it to investigate.

check your fuses, when it got hung up it may have blown a fuse or burned out the wiper motor
