trying to replace blower motor in 2012 Ford Focus (manual trans.) Have removed most of dash components (glovebox, radio/temp control panel, instrument panet, and loosened dash but cannot get blower motor out. Any info on how to get blower motor out is appreciated. Thanks.

Blower motor located above gas pedal toward center at firewall.

driver side with gas pedal removed, still can't get turn blower motor to release it.

I removed everything to get it out, steering wheel,and all decore completely.

mine in my 2014 Focus SE sounds like a blender when it's running...really noisy!!

Having to rip half the dashboard out is a real pain in the ass...Thank you Ford....for another design nightmare!!!
