Dealer will not respond to ad

There is an ad for a vehicle I am VERY interested in.  In fact, I've been looking for this certain vehicle make, model, and year for awhile.  I finally found the car I want!!!  On the ad there is NO dealer listed, no phone number just lists the city and state of where the vehicle is located.  It is within 20 miles of my home.

Screw it, if they don't respond and there is no name and or number, then something must be yo, Just move on my friend !
