My Nissan Vanette 2008

My Nissan Vanette started to accelerate without my foot on the accelerator. I
tried to turn off the ignition and the van didn't respond. The DPF light came on.
I stalled the van to stop it. There was a load bang and then blue smoke came
out from the engine.

Your engine is done, part it / scrap it and get a new car. Alternatively, you could try to find a remanned or used (make sure it's tested from a salvage yard) engine for it.
