Only thing that would cause the fuse to blow that is a 'short'. Check all the wiring for breaks in the insulation and corrosion at the connection points and terminals.

if this is like the other Ford alternators check the plug right at the alternator, see if it is melted, if it is you can replace the pigtail, just make sure to solder and shrink wrap,the connections, you may have to replace the alternator also if the damage is too deep.

its the starter wire its corrode thanks yall

Yeah I’ve had a problem like this and it was caused by a minor accident I had a few weeks before, there ended up being a bundle of wires that started to chafe on the frame, my mech also said roddents can chew at the wiring anywhere in the car.
