car uses oil but runs perfectly ,do u think i need another motor

using oil ,but its not leaking from the outside or the inside ,if its going back in the motor do u think I need another motor

As engines age they start using oil, you shouldn't be concerned if it is only using a quart or two between oil changes, just keep a supply with you and check it regularly, it is when you start to notice blue colored smoke out the tailpipe, and oil consumption gets around a quart in 600 miles is when the manufactures say that time is up and either fix it or scrap it. So the choice is yours.
