High RMP and barely able to reverse

Asked by Jun 13, 2012 at 08:16 AM about the 2011 Ford Escape

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2011 Ford Escape Hybrid, and it is idling around 3000 RMP.  Also when I go to back up the car, it barely moves.  Any ideas?

Low fluid level or drive shaft joints are worn and or binding.
