Alternator failed to recharge the new battery and battery is now so low, it won't start the car. Replace the alternator. While you're at it, have the entire charging system checked and make sure all connections are clean & tight. I recommend you use an approved BMW mechanic.

Ok The battery was brand new tho, and still would not crank???
