WHY DOES IT SHAKES WHEN I HIT 45-60 MPH ON TAKE OFF??

u need to do wheel allignment

I agree it could your alignment and a number of things such as ball joints, tie rod ends, unbalanced tires, froze caliper piston. Any number of those things could cause vibration.
