replaced ecm now the theft deterrent light is on. How do I relearn?

ck eng. said ecm so I replaced. Now theft deterrent light & won't crank.

Did a dealer do a reflash on the replacement ECM to match your vehicles Vin? If not then you will have to take the vehicle in and have that done. Then it wall be programmed for the existing key chip.
