How to tell if windsheild wipers are bad or need to replace fuse.

after cleaning snow turn on wipers didn't work.  Look at fuses but can not tell what fuse is for wipers

Ice or snow might have frozen around the linkage. Look in your owners manual, there might be a fuse diagram.
